Guest Speakers
Gayle Erwin
Gayle Erwin travels around the globe playing, as he puts it, "the one string on my guitar" - that "one string" being the Nature of Jesus. Gayle has created five magazines, served six years as a college teacher and 20 years as a pastor. Now as the director of a ministry called "Servant Quarters", he spends his time speaking at conferences and retreats, as well as writing.
Don McClure
Don McClure came to Christ at a Billy Graham Los Angeles crusade in the 1960s. He sensed the call of God on his life to enter full-time ministry while in college. He served for four years as an assistant pastor to Chuck Smith at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa and founded Calvary Chapel Bible College in nearby Twin Peaks. In 2004 Don became the senior pastor at Calvary Laguna in Irvine, California.
Tom Stype
Youth minister and evangelist, pastor and teacher, bandleader, record executive, and church planter: the twenty-five year ministry of Tom Stipe is a study in versatility. Tom began his music career as a producer, writer, and performer in the pioneering days of Christian music. The Bible study Tom began in his basement in 1976 has grown into Crossroads Church of Denver.
Paul Smith
Pastor Paul Smith has been in full time ministry since 1951. He served as Youth Pastor, taught in Christian school, directed Youth Camps, was a full time History and Political Science Professor at Victor Valley College and Pastored a Calvary Chapel Church in Victorville for 20 years. Recently he returned to Costa Mesa to assist with Calvary Chapel Outreach Fellowship.
K.P. Yohannan
KP Yohannan's personal journey toward spiritual reality began at the age of eight when he gave his heart to Christ. While he was still a young boy, his mother began fasting each week, praying God would call one of her six sons into full-time ministry.
K.P. is the founder and president of Gospel for Asia, a mission organization involved in evangelism and church planting in the unreached regions of Asia.
Special Music By: Kelly Willard
Kelly began to compose her own songs when she was thirteen and began sharing her gifts with others. In 1977 She moved to California to be a part of the then current flow of 'Jesus musicians', and released her first solo project in 1979. With all that Kelly has had the opportunity to do, she has expressed that her favorite thing is, ̉to worship God, and lead others in doing the same".
